What's the legal status, today?

“Legal” is rarely a clean yes or no - so we don't pretend it is. Peptlas is a neutral, independent reference that tracks the U.S. and international regulatory status of named compounds under FDA process - every entry sourced, dated, organized by name, and updated within 24 hours of any change we detect. We sell nothing. We just tell you where things actually stand.

The FDA committee voted on July 23-24, 2026. It recommended six of seven peptides for the 503A list and rejected one. It is being widely reported as the FDA legalising them. It did not. The votes are advisory, the FDA has not acted, and not one of the seven is on the list today.
